Pro Tools | MTRX II
The quintessence of fidelity
and flexibility
Pro Tools | MTRX II is a powerful studio centerpiece that builds on the I/O, routing and monitoring versatility of its predecessor. With integrated DigiLink™, Dante, MADI and SPQ Speaker Processing, eight I/O card slots, and 256 channels with optional Thunderbolt™ 3 connectivity, you can handle the largest music and audio productions with ease.
Tune your Studio with the I/O you need
Pro Tools | MTRX II not only features 64 integrated DigiLink I/O channels, 256 Dante channels, and 64 MADI channels, but is also fully modular. Configure its eight card slots with all the analog, digital, and additional DigiLink, Dante, and other I/O you need (the same option cards as MTRX) to support any artist, ensemble, or workflow. Add Thunderbolt 3 ports. Route any signal between multiple I/O formats. Connect several HDX systems and DAWs together via a single interface. Simplify your workflow with Thunderbolt 3.
You get unprecedented Sound Quality and clarity
MTRX II builds on the MTRX legacy by offering the cleanest, most transparent and most detailed AD and DA conversion of any audio interface. This allows you to record vocals and acoustic instruments without any coloration exactly as the sources sound - and then listen to your mix in all its sonic glory through some of the highest-quality audio converters in the industry.
Listen to Audio Signals in different ways
With built-in SPQ Speaker Processing, DADman Pro | Mon for monitor calibration and control, and advanced 512 x 64 summing mixr, the MTRX II meets all your monitoring needs. Calibrate your speakers to compensate for their aacoustic behavior in any room with up to 16 filters per monitor channel. Plus, you get up to 128 channels of room correction, each with adjustable delay and filters, from stereo to Dolby Atmos summing with multiple channels.
Connect to any Dante Network
With 256 integrated Dante channels, you can connect your Pro Tools | HDXTM system to any Dante network - the industry's preferred audio-over-IP solution. Ethernet is not only economical, but also enables a multi-directional workflow that leverages your facility's Ethernet infrastructure to distribute audio signals between multiple rooms and devices.
