Support for registered products

If you have technical questions about a product, please consult the installation manual first. It describes the most important measures for solving technical problems. The reference manual clarifies all questions regarding the operation of a product. Also do not miss to read the latest information in the update info or "Readme" files. There you will learn everything that could not be taken into account after the documentation was printed.

If the documentation does not help, users who have registered their products can also contact the MusicNetwork AG support team.

MusicNetwork AG thus offers free telephone and web support to buyers of registered products of the brands listed for a period of three months from the date of purchase. Please note that these services are only available as long as the brand is represented in Switzerland by MusicNetwork AG.


The support described above requires online registration of your device or software. If the registration is accepted*, you will receive a service contract:

  • The warranty period and
  • the period of time during which you can access the free support. Therefore the MusicNetwork support team is available free of charge from Monday to Friday, from 10.00 to 12.00 and from 14.00 to 17.00 via our support portal.

Customers who do not register their equipment are not entitled of free support. The support hotline with costs is available to you under telephone number 0900 104 155.

*If your details are inconsistent, MusicNetwork AG reserves the right to request further documents such as proof of purchase before any extended warranty and/or support services are provided.
