Opening hours during the holidays

MusicNetwork AG traditionally takes a short break between Christmas and New Year. For this reason, we will not be available by phone from December 24, 2025, through January 2, 2026. During this period, it will therefore not be possible to obtain telephone support for products distributed by MusicNetwork AG. Please use our contact form for support requests.

Orders can be placed easily by email or via our web shop. They will be processed and shipped on business days. From January 5, 2026, MusicNetwork AG's services will be fully available again.
