The Pope Audio Dirty-C faithfully reproduces the character and atmosphere of the original RE-501 – arguably Roland’s finest chorus. It also features controls for effect speed and depth, a mix control and a Hi-Z instrument input. Three separate modes are available: ‘Vibrato’, ‘RE501’ and ‘Ring Mod’ – each offering subtly different variations of the chorus effect, ranging from shimmering modulation to more extreme three-dimensional effects.
