Support for registered products

For technical questions about a product, please consult the installation manual first. It describes the most important measures for solving technical problems. The Reference Manual clarifies all questions concerning the operation of a product. Do not forget to read the latest information in the update information or "readme" files. There you can find out everything that could not be considered after the printing of the documentation.

If the documentation does not help, the support team of MusicNetwork AG is available to users who have registered their products.

MusicNetwork AG offers free of charge telephone and web support to the buyers of registered products for a period of three months from the date of purchase. Please note that these services are only available as long as the brand is represented by MusicNetwork AG in Switzerland.


The support described above requires an online registration of your device or software. If the information is permissible *, you will receive a service contract on which:

1. The warranty period and

2. The period in which you can have the free support.

The support team of MusicNetwork is available from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 17:00 free of charge via our support portal.

Customers who do not register their equipment are not eligible for free support. You can call the toll-free support hotline at 0900 104 155.

* In the case of discrepancies of your information, MusicNetwork AG reserves the right to request further documents, such as to proof of purchase before any extended warranty and / or support services can be used
