Violectric Optical (Tos-Link) Input 24/192
DIGITAL OPTION FOR VIOLECTRIC HEADPHONE AMPS
This module can be used to retrofit a TosLink optical input for Violectric headphone amplifiers.
The Toslink input is used for optical connection to digital devices such as CD / DVD players or PCs. Digital PCM audio data with up to 24 bits and Sampe rates of 28 ... 210 kHz are supported. The electronics include the 24/192-capable optical receiver, the processing of the digital audio data and an excellent separate 24-bit D/A converter with 115 dB dynamic and -103 dB THD + N. The processing of the signal after the converter is done by excellent analog circuits. The digital input has priority over all other inputs, a valid signal turns off the analog inputs. If the RCA sockets of the headphone amplifier are switched as output, then the optical signal is output analog here.
