Touch-Screen - Tracks

MC Control v2's touch-screen allows easy access to setup functions, soft keys and track information.

The new high-resolution 800 x 480 pixel LED-backlit touch-screen interface not only displays all of your project’s top-level information like track names/numbers, metering (from mono to 5.1 surround data), fader/pan values, automation mode, etc., but also lets you quickly access all plug-in and EQ parameters, trigger macro commands, perform surround panning, and much more. The LED-backlit display provides you with a wide viewing angle, bright graphics and excellent color consistency.
There are three main screens:

1. Tracks
2. Soft Keys
3. Setup

The Tracks Page provides you with instant push button access to audio tracks in any DAW or video editor that supports the EuCon, HUI or Mackie Control protocols. Use these buttons to layout tracks onto the MC Control's faders. You can also set a track or multiple tracks into Record, Solo, Mute or just select them for editing operations directly on the screen without ever touching a mouse.

When an MC Mix unit is added to an MC Control this screen allows tracks to be laid out in any order on the faders with EuCon applications such as Nuendo and Logic Pro.

Touch Screen - Soft keys

These soft keys provide an easy way for you to quickly access app functions at the touch of a button.

Program keystroke shortcuts for any application or direct commands with EuCon enabled applications such as Logic Pro and Nuendo.

These soft keys instantly change to match as soon as you switch to another application, and you can save your favorite soft keys for each application you use.

Assignable Soft keys (12)
12 programmable soft keys are available just below the touch-screen for fast access your most frequently used functions. These can easily be programmed to trigger simple keystroke commands as well as complex macros, and automatically change to match each application as it comes into focus.

Application Sets
MC Control intelligently recognizes the application that is in focus, or up front. Each application has an associated Application Set which loads as soon as the application is brought into focus. MC Control comes with several default sets for popular applications but it is easy to make your own, custom sets.
