The fact that a signal’s reverb send normally takes place after dynamic processing, results in the reverb lacking dynamics. However, there is a special technique specifically for reverbs with long reverberation times that retains the clarity and definition of the original signal, yet gives dynamic atmosphere and depth without “pulverizing” the signal.
